Developer CSR “North-West”. Project commissioned by the Primorie Territory Administration. Project’s goals: creation of the program documents system ensuring dynamical socio-economic development of the Territory in long–term perspective

Project of the Strategy for Social and Economic Development of Arkhangelsk Oblast for the Period Until 2030 Terms of the project: July 2007—July 2008. Document developer and copyright holder - CSR “North-West”. The document reflects solely the opinion of the developers and represents the expert evaluation of the situation. The project offers factors, possible scenarios and priority directions for the region’s development as well as mechanisms and stages for realization of the goals.

Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of the Altai Republic for the Period until 2028 Terms of the project: June 2007—July 2008. Project developer: CSR “North-West”. Project’s goals: identification of priority directions (strategic guiding lines) for the Republic development and arrange a complex of project prioritized for realization. Document approved upon Republican Government Order on 08.05.08.

	The Strategy for the Long-term Socio-Economic Development of the Smolensk Oblast (till 2020) Terms of the project: August 2006—May 2008. Project developer: CSR “North-West”. The Strategy concept adopted on the meeting of the Inter-departmental committee of the Regional Development Ministry on May 15, 2007.

Evaluation of the Tourism Potential of the Southern Regions of Krasnoyarsk Territory Terms of the project: July 2007—January 2008. Developed by CSR "North-West". Project’s goals: evaluation of prospects for development of tourism in the southern regions of Krasnoyarsk Krai; elaboration of recommendations for selection of the optimal territory for development of tourism; identification of most efficient investment projects in this sphere.

Strategy of the Irkutsk Oblast Development in Long-term Perspective (until 2020). Program of the Irkutsk Oblast Social and Economic Development in Mid-term Perspective (2007—2011) Terms of the project: January—December 2007. Developer — CSR "North-West". Commissioned by Foundation for Regional Development of the Irkutsk Oblast. The project developed by CSR "North-West" experts was served by Commissioner for elaboration of the Strategy of the Irkutsk Oblast Development in Long-term Perspective. Final version of the Strategy presented and approved by Interdepartmental Committee of Regional development ministry at January 15, 2008. The project of the Program of the Irkutsk Oblast Social and Economic Development in Mid-term Perspective approved byegional Government Department for Economy.

Program of Social and Economic Development of Nickel, an urban-type settlement in Murmansk Oblast Terms of the project: September—December, 2007. Developer: CSR "North-West". Project’s goals: to forecast results received as a sequence of Nickel settlement economic basis development and realization of a number of document and measures, oriented to a new level of Nickel economics achievement.

Project Suggestions for the Kaliningrad Municipality Strategy of Socio-Economic Development for the period until 2025 Terms of the project: September—December, 2007. Developed by the CSR "North-West". Project’s goals: identification of priority areas and projects for Kaliningrad development within the framework of Long-term strategy for social and economic development of Kaliningrad municipality. The project includes: elaboration of selection criteria for areas perspective to business, commercial, residential and industrial function development; identification of territories liable to development and redevelopment; ranking of projects in view to spatial development of the city priorities and insurance of territories’ functions diversity.

Analysis of prospects for technologic development of Russian regions within the framework of the RF scientific and technological foresight Terms of the project: May—September, 2007. The research realized within the framework of the Federal program named “R&D on Priority Directions for Development of the Russia’s Science and Technology Complex for 2007-2012”. Commissioned by the Public corporation “Interdepartmental analytic centre”.

Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Voronezh Oblast (Central Federal District) for a Long-term Perspective and a Package of Related Documents June, 2006—July, 2007. Developer — CSR "North-West". The Strategy is established with the Voronezh oblast law No.114-O3 dated 08.11.07 “Concerning the Strategy of Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Voronezh Oblast for a Long-term Perspective”

Strategy of Social and Economic Development of Municipal District of Surgut for the period of 2020 Terms of project: February-December, 2008. Developer: CSR "North-West". Project’s goals: Identification of priorities for Municipal District of Surgut development and evaluation of benchmarks for practical activities oriented to improvement of living standards for people living in the city, maintenance of the city competitiveness in the long-term perspective, qualitative changes of urban environment and institutional basis.

	Concept of the Penza Oblast Development Strategy till 2021. Program of the Penza Oblast Social and Economic Development September, 2006 – October, 2007. Developed by CSR "North-West". Documents should contain guidelines for the Penza oblast’ long-term development.

	The Strategy of the Tver Oblast Socio-Economic Development in Long-term Perspective Project’s start date: May - December, 2007. Project developer: Center for Strategic Research “North-West”. Project goals: identification of priority directions for the Tver Oblast development in Long-term perspective (20 years minimum).

	Research «Doing Business» in Russian Regions March-September, 2007. The project is realized by the CSR “North within the framework of cooperation with the World Bank Group. Project goals: Reseach and comparison conditions for doing business in Russian regions.

	Social and Economic Development Strategy for the Rostov Oblast Until 2020. Terms of the project: November 2006—August 2007. Developed by CSR "North-West" on demand of National Agency for Direct Investment (NAPI). Project goals: Evaluation of risks for the Rostov Oblast development, definition of the region’s mission, elaboration of priority directions for development.
