Project aim: Establishment of a high tech technopark in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk as an element of the infrastructure for development of the knowledge-based economy and stimulation of creation of new high-tech enterprises in the region.
Research Stage 1. Elaboration of the concept for establishment of a high tech technopark in Khanty-Mansiysk
- Analysis of technoparks’ activities in Russia, determination of preconditions for establishment of a technopark in Khanty Mansiysk, identification of strategic and tactical tasks of the technopark, identification of main trends in its specialization, formation of organizational control model, identification of resources , project implementation period and assessment of project efficiency.
Research Stage 2. Preparation of the feasibility study for establishment of a high tech technology park in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk
- Drawing up project implementation schedule, definition of budget, formation of financial and economic model of the technopark’s operation, identification of financial and economic indicators for the 10-year period.
