The project includes preparation of documents for Maslovsky IP and Novoronezhsky IP.
The project “Development of Investment Concept and Feasibility Study for Establishment of Maslovsky Industrial Park (priority development area)” is aimed at: formation of an efficient mechanism for creation of conditions for deployment and development of metal-fabricating enterprises, car assembly plants and enterprises manufacturing components and parts for automobile industry, electrometallurgical and other enterprises in the Maslovsky Industrial Park (priority development area).
The project “Development of Investment Concept and Feasibility Study for Establishment of Novoronezhsky Industrial Park (priority development area)” is aimed at: formation of an efficient mechanism for creation of conditions for deployment and development of nuclear energy plants and power-plant engineering in Novoronezhsky Industrial Park (priority development area).
Work stages:
- Feasibility evaluation of specialization, evaluation of basic conditions for development of the intended specialization;
- Feasibility evaluation of the potential IP sites;
- Determination of the general operational life of the IP;
- Provision of recommendations regarding potential IP founders;
- Provision of recommendations regarding potential IP residents;
- Provision of recommendations regarding selection of the IP nomenclature of products (works, services) by types of economic activities;
- Evaluation of the IP resource needs;
- Elaboration of a forecast plan for construction and reconstruction of the units of engineering, transport and social infrastructure;
- Development of the IP performance indicators.
