Project commissioned by: Ministry of Economic development and Investments of the Altai Republic
Project’s goals: indicating of prioritydirections (strategic guiding lines)for the Republic development and arrange a complex of project prioritized for realization.
Result of the Strategy realization should be securing in long-term perspective of stable high levels of:
- Economic growth
- Prosperity of population
- Competitiveness of the Altai Republic economy
Project objectives:
- Analysis of region’s potential for socio-economic development;
- Analysis of regional budgetary policy effectiveness of the Republic;
- Analysis of efficiency of republican executive bodies activities:
- Definition of priority directions for the Republic development in Long-term perspective:
- Arrangement of priority projects list ensuring stable socio-economic development of the region;
- Elaboration of methods for priority projects realization (first of all, financial ones);
- Synchronization of short-term policy and long-term strategic priorities for the Republic development;
- Coordination between federal and regional bodies’ actions.
Key resulting documents:
- Strategy of the socio-economic development of the Altai Republic for the period until 2028;
- Mid-term strategic plan for the Altai Republic Administration;
- Actions schedule of the Strategy realization for one year period.
